It provides a strong grounding in the disciplines of epidemiology and biostatistics – as applied to clinical research – within the multidisciplinary context of public health. Nurses will gain experience in all aspects of the research process, from the conception and design of a research project, the collection and analysis of data and effective communication of results – as well as the application of results to practice.
