Become a registered nurse

• Our new Master of Nursing Science enables you to become a registered nurse through the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia with an advanced degree from one of Australia's prestigious Group of Eight universities.
• Registered nurses can work in a range of specialties including: community health, child health, emergency and critical care nursing among many others.

Small classes and hospital experience

• Our Master of Nursing Science also offers small classes with high-calibre teaching staff and it is conducted in partnership with Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
• Because adult 'general' nursing clinical experience (metro) will be based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, you will develop a sense of belonging, as ward staff, preceptors, clinical educators and buddies get to know the programme and the students.

• a three-week rural health placement
• maternal and child health placements
