How to Apply - Master of Nursing Science

Applications

  • Applications for the 2010 Master of Nursing Science are now open.
  • Applications will be processed immediately as they are submitted
  • Final applications must be submitted to the School of Population Health by 5pm on Monday 18 January 2010.

Accreditation

This is an accredited course with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia.

This is a full-time, two year, intensive course.

How you apply depends on whether you are a domestic applicant or an international applicant.

You are an international student if you are not a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or have not been granted permanent residency in Australia at the commencement date of your course.

Domestic applicants

To apply for entry into the Master of Nursing Science course, you will need to submit the following:

Completed application form

CV: Please include date of birth, contact details and prior work history

Personal statement: A maximum of 1 page, on why you wish to do the MNursSc course

Certified academic transcript: Our administrative office can certify copies if you bring in the original document and a photocopy of the original.

International applicants

International students must apply through the UWA International Office using the following form

  • Please email the International Centre, or phone (+61 8) 6488 3939 for assistance.
  • International students must have an IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent) with no band less than 6.5.
